Is this the right program for a 1st timer?

We have years of experience and cater to every individual child.

Is personal training available?

Personal and group training is available upon request.

When I am on vacation can I do a make up?

Make Ups are not available when class is held

What happens when a class is rained out?

When it rains on day class is scheduled we will host a make up when time allows.

What do we bring to class?

Come to class with exercise clothing, no open shoes, tennis hoes or cleats and water to drink.
